1-2-1 and small group personal training

In October 2016 I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. I started working at DW Macclesfield at the beginning of December. As of October 2021 I am now operating out of 5S Fitness, on Hurdsfield Road, Macclesfield

I believe in a multifaceted approach to training to help clients and myself achieve our fitness goals. From utilising cardio, HIIT, strength and conditioning, resistance sets and circuits. This helps deliver a good combination of fitness. 

I always try to give clients training sessions that they could replicate themselves, if they wanted, within and out of the gym environment. 

All sessions are conducted under current goverment and NGB guidelines.

 

  • 1-2-1 or 2-1 training sessions. These can done at 5S Fitness (gym membership isn't required)

  • WhatsApp video calling (limited availability). From the comfort of your own home I can plan and tailor workout to your ability. Then help you improve on technique, through corrective measures. I can assess your current fitness level and then provide you with the tools to develop.

  • Small Group eXercise, #mrptgx sessions. Currently my small club training have just come back! Operating functional fitness classes in a small group. This is another way to training with the #mrptexperience. Kettle Club is a 30-35 min HIIT style fitness class using resistance and cardio based exercises to make the most of that (generally, lunchtime) blast workout. Is it predominantly on Tuesdays 12:15 at 5S Fitness. Your first class is complimentary so come check it out!

  • Online remote programming. Providing structure, guidance and accountability to your training. Tell me your desired goals and I will give you a weekly training plan to suit your needs and help you work towards your goals. I have the Bravo Programme which is a 9-week course, or I can programme your training on a monthly basis.
