This week is a home/garden/outdoor workout
The challenge is to complete 500 reps.
That's 100 reps of each of the following exercises.
100 Press ups
100 Leg raises
50 Runners lunge (on each side)
100 Planks jacks (or toe taps, one toe tap each side = 1 rep)

5 for completion. You can break this down however you wish. 10 Reps each for 10 rounds. 4 Sets of 25 reps in one or over 4 days.
+2 Bonus VC points for completion in one go. If you can record it through you watch that would be awesome and take a pic (of your watch) or screenshot activity.
+1 Bonus VC points for completing it in 2 workouts. 50 reps each twice, 5 Sets of 10 reps twice.
